360 feedback and assessment

I’m highly experienced and skilled in the design and facilitation of 360 feedback tools and programs. I’m certified in a variety of validated and researched assessments that can be used in a coaching engagement, as part of a team development process, and/or a comprehensive 360-degree feedback program for your organization. I can also provide counsel and help you create a customized tool using your organizational competencies.

When we work together through a 360 process or assessment, each participant will receive expert and confidential debrief, either in person or by phone. For 360 feedback, this will include follow-on creation of a development plan and/or coaching. For work with teams and organizations, we’ll discuss a group report, analyze strengths and gaps, and discuss priority actions.
